Huddersfield a Potted History: A historic and huge market town situated in the county of West Yorkshire, England, UK, Huddersfield today is the 11th largest town in the UK, housing a population of around 168,000. Huddersfield is placed midway between the cities of Leeds and Manchester being about 20 miles to the south-west of Leeds and 28 miles to the north-east of Manchester and is some 191 miles driving distance from London.

Their soccer team Huddersfield Town AFC was founded later in 1908 and is presently in the Premier League (2017), Huddersfield Town were victorious in the FA Cup in 1922 (beating Preston North End) and also won 3 league titles on the trot.
